PrimeStorepk currently ships within Pakistan. We are working to expand our shipping services to international locations in the near future. Stay updated by checking our website for any changes.


2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges depend on the destination and the weight of the package. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. In certain cases, free shipping promotions may apply, and they will be clearly mentioned on the website when available.


3. Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Major Cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days
  • Other Areas: 3-7 business days

Please note that these delivery estimates are approximate. External factors such as courier delays, holidays, or weather conditions can occasionally affect delivery times.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your PrimeStorepk account and visiting the "Order History" section.


6. Failed Deliveries and Return Shipments

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, or if the customer fails to collect the parcel from the courier within the stipulated time, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for resending the package.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at Service@primestorepk.shop or via WhatsApp at +923322882768 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging for us to investigate the issue.

If a package is lost, we will work with our courier partners to locate it. In cases where the package cannot be found, a refund or replacement will be issued, depending on the customer's preference and product availability.


8. International Shipping

At this time, PrimeStorepk only ships within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are actively working to expand our services in the near future.


9. Delays and Force Majeure

PrimeStorepk is not responsible for shipping delays due to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or any other force majeure events that are beyond our control. However, we will do our best to keep you informed of any such delays and ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
