NOTE: Products returned after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.


Conditions for Return and Refund

1. Unopened Package Return:

  • If the product is returned in its original packaging and has not been opened, a full refund will be issued.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer.

2. Opened Package Return:

  • If the customer opens the package but returns the item in satisfactory condition (e.g., due to a change of mind or dissatisfaction), a refund will be issued after inspection.
  • The item should be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.

3. Damaged or Fake Return:

  • Any item returned in a damaged condition or if a fake return is attempted will not be refunded. The responsibility for any damage or fraudulent return lies with the customer.
  • We thoroughly inspect and securely package all items before shipping to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Wrong or Damaged Product Claims

Claims for receiving the wrong or damaged products will only be accepted if the customer records a video while opening the parcel. This video must:

  • Clearly show the issue, including the shipping label.
  • Be sent to Service@primestorepk.shop via email or WhatsApp: +923322882768 within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.


Special Return Conditions

To maintain product quality and fairness, the following guidelines apply to specific products:

1. Hygienic Products:

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted for the following products once opened or used:

  • Hair Removers, Epilators, Shavers, Trimmers, and Clippers
  • Dental Products (e.g., toothbrushes, mouthguards, oral irrigators, teeth polishers)
  • Ear Care Products
  • Feminine Hygiene Products

Once the packaging is opened or the product is used, returns for these items are not processed due to hygiene concerns.

2. Products Missing Original Packaging:

Returns are not accepted for products without their original packaging or if the product has been significantly altered. To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
